ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Joey Lamb, a Cornwall based wedding photographer. I live in Penzance and I have a huge love of food, travel and (most of all) the sea.
Initially I became fascinated by photography at the age of 21 when my parents bought me my first digital camera. After this I started playing around with old film cameras to understand how they worked, which only furthered my passion.
My main love is wedding photography, but I also really enjoy fashion photography; coming up with ideas for styling photoshoots is always so much fun for me. I initially developed my work from an editorial background, for fashion and lifestyle magazines, and have been published locally and nationwide.
My style
My photography style is artistic, creative and relaxed, letting the day unfold in a natural way. Each wedding I have had the privilege of photographing has been unique; I love being able to capture that. I enjoy being able to capture the details you’ve spent months planning, the candid moments of your loved ones, and your first portraits as a married couple. You’re unable to plan those fun, emotional and heart-warming moments, but years of experience ensures that I don’t miss them.
I can photograph as much or as little of the day as you like. However, personally I feel that being able to photograph the full day allows me to tell your story from the nervous and excited start, through the drama of the occasion and right through to the end of the day when everybody lets their hair down and enjoys a dance.

I believe it is important the you have the best moments from the day to treasure. I am keenly priced so that couples can afford professional, top quality photographs as they are such an important keepsake of their special day.
